Inilah cerita kami di hari kedua....singgah ke Little Earth sebelum menerusakan perjalanan ke Punakaiki (pancake Rocks)....Namun nasib x begitu menyebelahi kami...lantaran hujan sahaja sepanjang perjalanan kami di hari kedua...huhu

Alhamdulillah, thanks to Allah for giving UC MUSA another opportunity to organize Islam Awareness Week 2008. Our theme for this year is "Strong famlies....better societies"

Numerous activities have been planned throughout the week, with plenties of prizes to be given away. If we want to know more about Islam, let us join IAW 2008 to make it a success...

Kala ini saya bersyukur kepada Allah atas segala nikmat belas Rahmatnya yang tidak terkira nilainya bagi diri ini. Saya merasai kebesaran dan kasih sayang-Nya....Alhamdulillah...

Lebih sebulan saya tidak mengemaskini fotopages ini. Banyak kenangan yang ingin dipaparkan, namun ada sahaja kekangan yang menghalang. Apa2 pun, kali ini saya ingin berkongsi panorama indah ketika saya bersama-sama 3 keluarga postgrad (Canterbury + Lincoln Uni) bercuti di West Coast.

Walaupun saya seorang sahaja yang masih bujang, namun kenangan bejalan2 bersama mereka amat sukar dilupakan. Yang paling utama adalah melayan karenah anak-anak kecil yang menjadikan hingar-bingar seisi rumah. Tetapi bagi saya, di situ ada ketenangan...=)

Entri ini adalah berkenaan perjalanan kami pada hari pertama....

We had our 7th flat dinner today. The amount of fun still remains the same. Looks like we are one family now. Our theme tonight is 'Breakfast for Dinner'. We took about 2 and half hours to cook, and just half an hour to eat. It was snowing heavily outside.Nonetheless, it was really a good time to have hilarious chat while watching all black match together...





I made this simple bread puding... Just wanna share the recipe (taken from mesra.net)...hehe:

Bahan-Bahan:
10 keping roti
Mentega
300 ml susu cair
300 ml susu segar
1 ct esen vanila
2 biji telur
150 g gula castor
Mix fruit
Cara:
1. Sapukan mentega pada roti dan dipotong².
2. Lenserkan loyang dan letak roti berselang dengan mix fruit dan gula castor. Pastikan top layer ada mix fruit dan gula.
3. Pukul telur bersama susu cair, susu segar dan esen vanila.
4. Masukkan ke dalam roti dan rendamkan selama 1 jam.
5. Cubit 3 atau 4 ketul mentega dan letak berselerak di atas roti yg sudah terendam.
6. Bakar pada suhu 150C selama 40 minit.
