Little Cuties of Christchurch

Assalamualaikum everyone
I got a call from CTRM AC last 2 days telling me to start working on the 30th of November, which is, in 2 weeks time. Alhamdulillah, all praise is due to Him, for making it easy for me. That means the unemployment phase of my life will end soon!
In the photography business, sometimes we have to expect the unexpected. There are times when arrangement has been made, meeting has been done, and it is so close to seal the deal, then suddenly customer simply says that they want to cancel everything. Its quite tiring though, because we have done all the best to ensure the best service for them. Nonetheless, that is part and parcel of the reality we have to face in this area of business. We have to move on.

dan dipandang tidak berharga oleh umumnya masyarakat itulah yang justeru banyak yang dikabulkan doanya, karena mereka ikhlas dalam berdoa lebih khusyu' dalam mengerjakan ibadat karena hati mereka sudah kosong samasekali dari pemikiran perihal keduniawiyahan, sebab memang tidak memiliki kelebihan-kelebihan. |

Amir Faizal Wedding Reception -Part 2-

Assalamualaikum and good day to everyone
First of all, thanx a bunch for the wishes and pray in the facebook. I'll try my best to reply individually, perhaps, it'll take some time. My wife started feeling like vomiting today, and I know, the challenge has just begun. I promise to myself to take good care of her, inshaAllah.
Yesterday while I was driving to fetch my wife at the hospital, someone called me to ask for price quotation for custom album. She said that she had a looked at Amir Faizal's wedding album and she just love it! She wanted to have a similar one for her wedding end of this year. Alhamdulillah, my final product has been an efficient promotion tool, thanx to my wife for consulting me during the design stage.
Starting from next month (November), all prices are according to the 2010 Wedding Package, the promotional one is no longer applicable. For those who are looking for a lovely photography service, please make an early book, or otherwise you gonna miss this great opportunity.
I'm planning to introduce POST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY, which is more relax, tense-free and very enjoyable. Should anyone interested, please contact me for further detail. Cheers!

Kemudian Rasulullah bersabda: "Yang ini - yakni yang engkau hinakan karena kefakirannya -adalah lebih baik dari pada seluruh isi bumi itu penuh seperti yang ini - yakni yang dimuliakan karena kekayaannya." (Muttafaq 'alaih)

Rezeki Cahaya Mata

No words can describe my feelings right now, how gratitude I am to Allah, The Most Merciful for His countless blessing and goodness bestowed upon me. My wife is now 6 weeks pregnant. 3 days after after the great news, I got another good one: I was offered a place at CTRM AC as a manufacturing engineer. This is what I call "Rezeki Cahaya Mata".
Truly, Allah always hear our pray. Sometimes He delays it, no to show that He is lack of power or greatness, far away from assumption that He ignores us, but He likes those who keep on repenting and putting a genuine hope only towards Him. He possesses everything, He can do anything He wants with His will.
There are times that we feel our prayer seems to be unheard, but in reality, Allah has already arranged a better fate for us at a later time. Maybe He wants us to be transparent in our hope and faith, believing in heart that He will surely accept our prayer as long as we put on enough effort and keep ourselves within the Syariah boundary.
This reminds me of what happened to Rasulullah and his companions, when they faced trials and tribulations in Mekkah. When they asked the prophet for avenge, Rasulullah told them to be patient and wait for Allah's order. Up to the point they could not stand it anymore, then Allah ordered them to go to Madinah. And when they all moved to the city of light, Allah gave them even better rewards and prosperity to compensate their patience. Verily, Allah is the most merciful to the believers.
So folks, put our 100% trust in Allah, for He is the most powerful, the most merciful to His servants...

Amir Faizal Wedding Reception -Part 1-

Assalamualaikum to all
I was speechless to hear the news of Ust Ramadhan's first daughter who passed away at the age of 3 months this morning. I know it must be really hard for Ust and wife, but I reckon Allah has better destiny for them. May both of you gain the strength despite the emptiness left by the lovely daughter.
I went to KLCC yesterday to meet Amir Faizal in order to give him his finished wedding album. Alhamdulillah, despite tiredness, I felt a bit released seeing him looked so happy glancing through the custom album. For me that is the utmost satisfaction. Some photographers claim that they are professional, but in reality they could not really walk their talk. For instance, photos printed are too much contrast, not sharp, blurred and many more. It is really important to maintain the quality of our service up to the moment we hand the customer the finished product. If we did a good job, they will surely recommend us for the future event. This is how we build up good reputation in photography business.
Currently, my wife and I have transferred to Melaka. So we prefer taking wedding job around Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Muar. We are not really looking for amount of payment (which includes transportation and accommodation cost outside Melaka), but the time and energy sacrificed are much valuable. Therefore we hope that customers will understand if we sometimes can't take the job outside our hometown.
Up till today, I have received 3 bookings for wedding event in 2011!! What an early book. Nevertheless, thanks a lot guys for your trust. As I always say, I'm not looking for quantity, but quality is my main priority. And every customer is unique. Therefore I'll try my best to satisfy each and every client during the big day.

Salam..
I was honored to be Amir Faizal's official wedding photographer. Thanx Ammar for helping me. Your photos were nice and brilliant. It was my first time shooting in a big golf resort hall, where lighting was the main issue. For me, I would compensate brightness rather than shakiness.
My business recently has become more active, thanx to http://saifulislam.com. Clients keep on contacting me to arrange either to shoot or just design their custom album. Below is a brief summary of my schedule:

Those dates have been confirmed, and there are a few others still in the stage of discussion with me for their wedding on March, May and June. To my dearest customer, as soon as you make the payment for booking fee, you are secured and I will publish your name on my calendar.
Normal editing + printing will take around 2 - 3 weeks. In the mean time, I'll keep on updating my customer on the progress of the work done. I'm not looking to do as much numbers of wedding per month, because for me quality is much more important than quantity. Every customer is unique. Therefore, I'm trying to have an average of 2 wedding jobs per month. These jobs occupied me quite well. Nevertheless, I'm enjoying it. Meanwhile, I'm improving my editing skills. Birthday Event

Salam to all...
This is my first birthday event assignment I took during Hari Raya recently. In shooting in an event like this, one needs a fast camera, and has to be a sharp observant. These are very important if we want to capture precious moments. People especially kids are moving everywhere all the time. We have to equip ourselves with adequate photography skills, beside not forgetting to include expression and feelings into the capture to make it more alive.
Post editing would be a bonus if we want to add some spices to the photos. 
Currently, I'm still in Penang. Therefore it might be a bit difficult to travel southern part to and fro frequently. I'm sorry if I can't fulfill any request in the nearest time. However I really appreciate the trust you guys put on me. I'm in the process of moving to Melaka soon. Hopefully things will run smoother by then. Thank you again folks!!!

Hopefully everyone is still in good shape, despite uncontrolled eating habit during raya season..
Aidilfitri this year is truly different compared to the past 4 years. Family gathering really made me happy, plus meeting new family members.
Nevertheless, I want to remind myself and others out there to keep healthy, stay istiqamah will all the good deeds we trained ourselves with, throughout the holy month of Ramadhan..
